How pick-up works
- When you book, send the name and address of your hotel or riad (a Google Maps link is perfect).
- We confirm the pick-up time, usually the day before or the same morning.
- The driver contacts you on WhatsApp when he is close.
- After the activity, you are dropped back at the same point.
Riads in the medina
The medina’s narrow alleys are closed to cars. Common meeting points include Bab Doukkala, Riad Zitoun area car parks, Koutoubia, Bab Ksiba or the closest taxi point to your riad. Your riad staff can often walk you there — ask them. Read more about the old city in our medina guide.

What if I am late?
Tell the driver immediately on WhatsApp. In shared groups the driver can only wait a few minutes because other guests are waiting and the sunset will not wait either.
